Just wanted to take the time and thank you again for an amazing trip Friday (1/23/09).  I've seen plenty of pictures of big bass but never dreamed that I would have the chance to see one up close, much less at the end of my rod.  An 11.13, still can't believe it!  I dreamed about catching her all night last night and  woke up this morning feeling like a million bucks!

I posted a couple of times on the TFF but wanted to share one in particular.  In a post I stated that you had earned my business for a lifetime, not just because you put me on the fish of a lifetime, but because you have taught me so much.  I greatly appreciate you taking the time to explain the area we are fishing as well as why we are fishing it.  You're a rare breed, someone that loves his job and loves to teach those that want to learn.

I talked to Patrick for about an hour last night.  He was definitely excited for me and became more excited when he realized he'd get his shot at a big'un in two months.  I know he's counting down the days to spring break.  We've had a blast on our trips with you.
