Man I love this lake! Fished a full day yesterday (10/10/10) with LFG Jason Hoffman and caught my new personal best! 22 inch, 8lb 7oz toad and I’m still smiling! It was a great day on the water. We caught countless small fish in the 10-15 inch range with 8-10 3-4lb fish mixed in. Tons of sand bass too, which I’ve never seen in 5 years of fishing Fork. We were in a pocket of what I thought was all small fish catching one after another when WHAM, the big girl bit! It goes to show you that on Fork, your next cast could be the one.
